Dr. Ida Dickie

Founder and Director
Transformative Justice Mental Health Clinic, Louisville

The justice system touches everyone's lives in some way, shape, or form. I believe that crime and violence are a violation of relationships that can be repaired if you receive the treatment, you need for your anger, substance use, trauma, or personality problems.

Biography

I can help you with your treatment and assessment needs. If you are working in the justice system, stressful situations are frequently encountered, and you can get worn down and tired leading to a deterioration in professionalism and compassion fatigue. I can provide emotional well-being support to keep you emotionally successful and invested in your justice career.

I specialize in forensic psychology and have a wide range of experience working in all aspects of the justice system. I believe this experience allows me to walk with you on your journey toward success. The justice system is a unique space, and it is essential to have a trained Forensic Psychologist working with you who understands the justice system.

Working in or being involved in the justice system can lead to one's humanity being lost. If you are interested in receiving treatment that recognizes your humanity and targets the areas of your life to keep on track for a non-criminal lifestyle or successful career working in the justice setting, please reach out to me.
